Midas is an RICS Regulated firm of designated Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyors specialising in advising business tenants on all aspects of commercial property in relation to their business needs.

As such we are independent of landlord’s interests and particular local markets and operate UK-wide although mainly in London and the South-East.

We are an associate-based business with specialists and partners available to advise on a wide range of issues that affect business strategy and decision making, day to day operations, and longer-term restructuring whether consolidation or expansion.

As a flexible resource, the team are ‘on call’ to help clients respond to unforeseen activity where it may not be expedient or cost effective to hire in internal resources.
