Siena Dexter is a Creative Director and founder of Idea Dolls creative agency, a London-based consultancy working with entrepreneurial brands and scale-ups to turn ideas into enterprises.
Siena has been working as a Copywriter for the least 5 years, starting off in digital content creation before moving to international agencies BBDO and TBWA where she specialised in shopper / retail marketing for restricted market campaigns, working as lead Copywriter on global brands in London and Düsseldorf.
Since founding Idea Dolls in 2017, Siena has worked with household brands – Deliveroo, Moonpig, Cadbury and Tilda Rice to name a few, on marketing and messaging campaigns. She’s also helped launch soon-to-be household brands, working closely with the founders to package their purpose in words and design.
When she’s not conceptualising campaigns and writing words, Siena runs workshops on branding and conversion copywriting at WeWork. There’s also a novel in the works but she says it’s
best to not hold your breath on that one.
Her proudest achievement was seeing Idea Dolls creative on a product prototype, ready to launch.
Her best ‘near win’ was a Chip Shop award nomination in 2016.
Her most random creative achievement has been writing two episodes for Olive the Ostrich, which aired on Nickelodeon.
Siena is happy to talk about all of this and more over a 1-2-1 and usually several cups of coffee.
